Popular Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has always been known to be an ardent cricket lover. He has never been shy of accepting the same and has featured on the cricket shows during big games on numerous occasions over the last few years. Also, he has graced the opening ceremonies of the Indian Premier League (IPL) on quite a few occasions as well.
Ranveer is closely following the 11th edition of the IPL as well. During the course of the ongoing season, he has tweeted about the games on a considerable number of occasions. When veteran Indian cricketer MS Dhoni had shown some serious vintage form, Ranveer had appreciated the knock on the social media.

More recently, the talented actor took part in a photo shoot with a former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman. Soon after the shoot, he took to micro-blogging site Twitter to express his awe for the former cricketer.
The Padmavat actor noted that it was an absolute honor to meet Laxman. The two big names of their respective fields showed mutual appreciation on the social media and the fans are loving the sweet gesture they have shown towards one another.

The tweet from the Bollywood actor had actually come in response to a post that Laxman had shared after the shoot. Laxman, in his Twitter account, had remarked that he felt wonderful to meet Ranveer, who is a super talented professional. The veteran cricketer also noted that he had a great time shooting with the popular actor.
