Ashwin, who began his IPL journey with CSK back in 2008 and remained with the franchise until 2015, expressed his desire to secure tickets for the opening ceremony and match, citing his children’s keen interest in attending.
Taking to the microblogging platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), Ravichandran Ashwin highlighted the soaring demand for tickets for the CSK versus Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) clash, scheduled as the tournament opener at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on March 22. In his tweet, Ashwin tagged CSK and made a plea for their assistance in acquiring tickets for the much-anticipated event.
