Team India will be resuming bilateral cricket after nine months with the Australia tour of India. The tour comprises three-match ODI series, schduled to be commencing on November 27 followed by matches on November 29 and December 2. This will be followed by three T20Is on December 4, 6 and 8. The four-match Test series will then commence from December 17 in Adelaide.
A 32-member squad will be flying to Sydney, Australia from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) right after the final of the ongoing 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 on November 10 in Dubai. Thus, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has created a bio-bubble for Team India in Dubai.

The all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is a part of the Indian team for all the three formats of the game and hence shifted to Team India biosecure bubble after his IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were ruled out of the 2020 edition of the T20 extravaganza. On November 7, Saturday, Jadeja posted a picture on his official Instagram handle along with Ajinkya Rahane in their Team India training kits. Captioning the picture on Instagram, the southpaw wrote: “Getting ready for the Down Under”.
After seeing the picture posted Jadeja, the veteran opener, Shikhar Dhawan couldn’t help and question the presence of Rahane in the Indian team training. Both Dhawan and Rahane are playing for Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL 2020. DCwill fight with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on November 8 in the 2nd Qualifiers to cement a place for themselves in the finals against Mumbai Indians.
Commenting on Dhawan’s picture, Dhawan wrote: “Bhai Ajinkya kahan se prac pe aa gya tere sath. Kal humara match hai bhai (Brother, how did Ajinkya end up practising with you. We have to play for Delhi Capitals tomorrow) ”.

Taking note of this comment, Jadeja was quick to respond that Ajinkya joined him to play at night ahead of the day-night Test. Here the all-rounder referred to the Day-Night Test in Adelaide that will kick off the 4-match Test series in December He replied, “Pink ball Test hai isliye raat ko aaya tha.”
