Jadeja emphasized maintaining a balance between giving his 100% on the field and protecting his body. He mentioned, “Nothing has changed. We have the same excitement and play with the same pride. The idea is to give my 100 per cent but protect my body. Try not to dive unless absolutely necessary.”

Reflecting on his recent string of injuries, which included a thumb, forearm, ribs, and hamstring injury, Jadeja acknowledged the frustration but attributed it to the relentless cricket schedule. “It happens due to repeated injuries. But these days, there is so much cricket that’s happening. That also plays on the mind,” he explained.

Despite the challenges, Ravindra Jadeja remains committed to his on-field contributions, including taking challenging catches, executing run-outs, and building pressure on opposition batters.

Acknowledging his visibility on the field, he commented, “As far as my fielding is concerned, I cannot hide and field. I am always in the hotspot irrespective of the format.”

Known for his athleticism and fearless fielding, Ravindra Jadeja admitted the need for a more cautious approach due to his injury proneness. He emphasized working more intelligently on his body to minimize the risk of injuries but acknowledged the unpredictable nature of the game.

“I can work a little more smartly on my body, and if I can do that, I don’t think there’ll be any problems. Then again, there’s no guarantee. I can go out tomorrow and get injured again. You never know,” Ravindra Jadeja concluded, reflecting on the uncertainties in professional cricket.
