In the widely shared video, Priya’s mother, Munni Devi, greets Rinku at the entrance with a plate full of flower petals, showering him as he steps into the house. As he walks through, more petals are tossed over him, and several family members offer him roses. Some filmed the joyful moment, while others joined in celebrating the cricketer’s arrival.

Amid the festive cheer, Rinku’s eyes were seen scanning the room, only to light up upon spotting Priya. She smiled and handed him a rose, with the couple exchanging a brief, shy laugh that caught the attention of fans online.

Reports suggest their love story began through a mutual friend connected to cricket. Over time, their bond grew stronger, and once their families were informed, both sides gave their blessings.

“Rinku and Priya have known each other for over a year. They both liked each other but waited for family approval, which they received with full support,” Priya’s father, Tufani Saroj, told PTI.
