Team India batter Rinku Singh recently unveiled a new tattoo ahead of the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh. Inked on his left hand, the tattoo reads “God’s plan,” a phrase he famously used after leading Kolkata Knight Riders to victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). The phrase became a symbol of Rinku’s inspirational journey, especially after he referenced it when Yash Dayal’s match-winning performance propelled Royal Challengers Bangalore into the IPL 2024 playoffs by defeating Chennai Super Kings.
India’s star batter Suryakumar Yadav also joined in on the fun, playfully teasing Rinku with the same phrase. Rinku took to Instagram to share a picture of his new ink, creating a buzz among his fans and followers. Despite being a fan favourite, Rinku last featured for India during the T20I series against Sri Lanka, where he struggled to make a significant impact.
