Punjab Kings (PBKS) all-rounder, Liam Livingstone got stumped out by the Delhi Capitals (DC) skipper, Rishabh Pant off Axar Patel in the last over of the powerplay as DC kept of taking wickets at regular intervals at s kept on plucking wickets. Liam Livingstone has been terrific for Punjab Kings this season as he is amongst the top 10 run-getters and is also striking at over 180.
DC skipper, Rishabh Pant after winning the toss decided to field first. Mayank Agarwal was back for PBKS. He started well as he hit the first ball of the match for a boundary. The first wicket partnership raced to 33 runs in just 3.4 overs but then Lalit Yadav accounted for Shikhar Dhawan’s wicket courtesy owing s brilliant catch by Rishabh Pant behind the stumps.

Mayank Agarwal soon followed his opening partner back to the pavilion. Punjab would have been hoping that Liam Livingstone would be the man to take them out of this tough situation as he had done in the earlier games this season, but it wasn’t to be as he was trying to hit Axar Patel out of the park got outfoxed as he was stumped by Rishabh Pant.
Liam Livingstone danced down the track but Axar Patel decided to shorten his length just that little bit, the ball gripped the surface and straightened just enough to miss Livingstone’s bat. Pant did a brilliant job to take the bails off.

Delhi Capitals have been struggling with Covid 19 cases in their camp, but their performance on the field doesn’t indicate that it has any effect on how they play.
