Rishabh Pant Becomes The Brand Ambassador Of Uttarakhand

The young Indian wicket-keeper batter, Rishabh Pant has ensured his place in the squad for all three formats by performing consistently. Now Rishabh Pant has been appointed by the Uttarakhand government as the brand ambassador of his state. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has given information about this by tweeting.

CM Dhami in the tweet wrote, “One of the best cricket players of India, the idol of youth and Lal Shri Rishabh Pant of Uttarakhand, our government has given the aim of encouraging the youth of the state towards sports and public health. Ambassador” has been appointed.”

Quote tweeting it, Rishabh Pant wrote, ‘Thank you Dhami sir for giving me the opportunity to be the brand ambassador to promote sports and public health among the people of Uttarakhand. I will try my best to spread this message and feel happy that you are taking these steps towards a healthy India.”

In his tweet, Rishabh Pant added, “I too have come out of a small town like Roorkee. I believe that the people here have the ability to make the country proud in various walks of life.”

Rishabh Pant is currently preparing for the Test series against South Africa with Team India. He made his Test and ODI debut in 2018 after making his debut in T20Is in 2017. He has played 25 Tests, 18 ODIs and 41 T20Is for Team India.

The year 2021 has been phenomenal for Rishabh Pant. At the beginning of the year, he had performed wonderfully on the tour of Australia and played an important role in Team India’s historic series win. Pant then continued his form in the home series against England.

In IPL 2021, Rishabh also impressed everyone with his captaincy. Under his captaincy, Delhi Capitals (DC) managed to qualify for the playoffs by staying on top, but they did not manage to reach the final. The Delhi team has retained Pant for the next season of IPL.
