Despite Pant’s exuberant batting style, his innings on Day 3 ended prematurely at 28 runs. India struggled in the second innings, posting a modest 175, with Nitish Kumar Reddy’s 42 being the highest contribution. Australia chased down the 19-run target comfortably, securing a dominant 10-wicket victory and levelling the series.
