RJ Mahvash lit up Instagram with a heartwarming story just moments after Yuzvendra Chahal’s match-winning performance for Punjab Kings in Match 31 of IPL 2025. Chahal, who bagged the Player of the Match award for his brilliant 4/28, was pivotal in PBKS’ stunning 16-run win over Kolkata Knight Riders at the Mullanpur Cricket Stadium on April 15.

The leg-spinner’s spell, laced with 14 dot balls, played a key role in defending the lowest-ever total in IPL history—just 111 runs. RJ Mahvash, rumoured to be dating Chahal post his separation from choreographer Dhanashree Verma, shared a cosy selfie of the two smiling together.

The image, seemingly taken before the game, showed Chahal in his Punjab Kings jersey, and Mahvash showered praise on the highest wicket-taker in IPL history. The chemistry between them hasn’t gone unnoticed, as the two have been spotted together on several occasions.

On the field, Yuzvendra Chahal dismissed Ajinkya Rahane, Angkrish Raghuvanshi, Rinku Singh, and Ramandeep Singh, turning the match decisively in PBKS’ favour.
