The Indian players seem to have been rejuvenated nicely after their epic win by 151 runs against England at Lord’s. The third Test match is scheduled to be commencing at Headingley on Wednesday (August 25) and the players have left for Leeds on Friday. Rohit Sharma, Prithvi Shaw, and Shardul Thakur were seen traveling in one bus along with their family members.
The trio shares a good bond off the field and can be seen sharing fun banters as well. Rohit Sharma shared a picture on his official Instagram account wherein he was seen with Thakur and Shaw enjoying a nap. While some players can be seen singing songs on the bus and playing some games, the duo preferred sleeping.

Rohit Sharma uploaded images on Instagram stories and gave a cheeky caption. “When sleep is life.” Apart from the opening batter, Ritika Sajdeh too jumped into the bandwagon and shared some hilarious moments of the bus journey.
Naturally, the first of those included hubby Rohit where the Indian opener has covered his face with a jacket. Ritika gave a perfect caption to the post and wrote: “The perfect travel buddy.”
Apart from Sharma, Ritika also shared a picture of her other favorite boy Thakur and captioned the post in a sarcastic manner saying the all-rounder is awake this time.
Last but not the least, Prithvi Shaw shared a couple of pictures wherein Suryalumar Yadav and Ajinkya Rahane can also be seen. “Travel day, off to Leeds,” Shaw wrote in the caption box of the post.

With a stunning performance against England, India has momentum with them heading into the third game. With the stalwarts like Rahane, Pujara, and Sharma stepping up at Lord’s, India’s batting looks in good shape. There were questions against Rahane and Pujara, but the duo came up with a strong response to their critics by registering scores of 61 and 45 respectively in the second innings.

The Indian skipper, Virat Kohli too looked at his fluent best in the second innings before Sam Curran git the better of Virat at the 20-run mark. But with bowlers delivering the goods on both Tests so far, India will be eyeing to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
