Mumbai Indians registered a loss by 23 runs against RR in their second match of IPL 2022. Jos Buttler was the star with the bat for Rajasthan Royals as he scored the first century of IPL 2022. Buttler raced away to his 100 in just 63 balls smashing the MI bowlers all around the park. MI will need to bounce back in the tournament or else they will be left behind in what can be very competitive towards the end of the league stage.
