Amid the dangerous coronavirus pandemic across the globe and locked down in many places including India, India opener Rohit Sharma, an environment enthusiast, has tried to find some positive things. He said that it was pleasing to see pictures of dolphins swimming near the shores here. Rohit Sharma also said that with no traffic on the roads due to the lockdown in the state, the situation might get better with time.

“Pleasing to see pictures of dolphins swimming near the shores of Mumbai, it shows us that if we tweak our ways we can make a huge difference in finding a balance with nature,” Rohit Sharma said in a tweet.

BCCI president Sourav Ganguly on Tuesday said that he doesn’t have an answer about this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL) amid the lockdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic all over the country. The BCCI postponed the IPL which was earlier scheduled to begin from March 29 to April 15 after the government suspended all visas, barring few important categories like diplomatic and employment which made impossible for foreign players to participate in the tournament.
