What sets Rohit apart is his ability to maintain a balanced lifestyle, even amidst the demands of high-level cricket. While 99% of his time is dedicated to these gruelling workouts, the captain makes sure to enjoy the remaining 1% with his close friends, embracing lighthearted moments that offer a refreshing contrast to his otherwise serious schedule.

As the series opener approaches, Rohit is making the most of the newly renovated gym at the Mumbai Cricket Association headquarters. This intense fitness push comes after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) allowed him to skip the ongoing Duleep Trophy, giving him the time and space to focus on his physical conditioning.
