Rohit Sharma Trolls A Journalist During The Press Conference In Mohali

After winning the T20 series against Sri Lanka, the Indian team is now in full form to play a Test match. Ahead of the opening game, the Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma attended a press conference was held, and it was joked that the journalist who started trying to pull Rohit out had started making fun of him. When Rohit Sharma is at the press conference, there are often many incidents when jokes take place, but he attracts attention whenever he talks to media.

During the Mohali press conference, a reporter raised his hand to ask a question. The reporter said, “this is Virat’s 100th Test, and you have not told us about playing 11 or not about the pitch report or crowd.”

After this, Rohit said jokingly, “Dude, if no one asks, how can I answer? And yes, if you ask now, I will answer. And wow! That is the real question.”After this, Rohit further says, “Dude, if it is cold in the morning, it will be due. If the sun is good in the afternoon, it will be fun to play here. Speaking of the crowd, this is Virat’s 100th match. is coming.”

During the interaction with the reporters, Rohit Sharma took a dig at a  journalist. It all started when the journalist asked him whether the game is going to be played on the outfield as he was not talking anything regarding the pitch.

Rohit Sharma responded saying, “Nobody is asking correct questions. This question is correct which you are asking. Questions related to crowd, pitch, team combination nobody is asking. It is good for me actually.”

India will be locking horns with Sri Lanka on Friday, the 100th Test match of Kohli’s career. This is Rohit Sharma’s first Test as a regular skipper. Notably, Virat Kohli resigned as the captain by tweeting after the series defeat on the tour of South Africa. He said he was tired of questioning. Now he wants to focus on his batting.

After this, the possibility was expressed that Rohit Sharma will be leading the team. When the squad for the series against Sri Lanka was announced recently, the head of the selection committee, Chetan Sharma, ended the rumors that Rohit Sharma would be captaining the squad. Rohit Sharma also got the captaincy of the Test team.
