As quoted in Mumbai Mirror, the Kerala-born cricketer said, “The show is as real as it can be, there is nothing to hide. I would have loved to do it in 2011 but it did not happen. I have been associated with the channel and I was sure sooner or later I would be doing the show. I am happy to be doing this because everything about my non-cricket career is getting sorted. I have done four movies already, so the artistic side of mine is coming to the fore.”

When he made his international in international cricket back on October 25 in 2015 in an ODI against Sri Lanka, he was touted to be one of the brightest prospects in Indian cricket. Thereafter, he went on to play 27 Tests, 53 ODIs and 10 T20Is for his nation in which he scaped 87, 75 and seven wickets respectively.

However, following the 2013 IPL, Sreesanth hasn’t been able to stake his claim back to competitive cricket. Meanwhile, he trained hard in the gymnasium and got himself a chiseled body. His last donned the national colors back in the 2011 World Cup final against Sri Lanka.
