Indian wicket-keeper batsman, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, completed another feat in international cricket today. In the first match of the five-match ODI series, India scored 281-7 in 50 overs. Dhoni ended up scoring 79 (88) with the help of four fours and two sixes.
In the process, Dhoni scored his 100th half-century for India. In addition to his 66th ODI half-century, he has scored 33 half-centuries in Test matches and one in T20Is. Earlier, in the series against Sri Lanka, Dhoni became the first wicket-keeper to affect 100 stumpings in ODIs.
Master blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, took on to his Twitter account to congratulate Dhoni for achieving this feat. He has become the fourth Indian to do so. Watch what Tendulkar said:
