Legendary Indian cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar seems to have enjoyed the onslaught of India’s stand-in skipper, Jasprit Bumrah against Stuart Broad on Day 2 of the rescheduled 5th Test against England at the Edgbaston in Birmingham on Saturday, July 2. 15 years after bowling the most expensive over in T20I cricket, Stuart Broad was once again on the receiving end once again, this time bowling the most expensive over in Test cricket.

Broad’s clouded mind was on display as he offered full tosses and a loosener that even wicketkeeper Sam Billings was not able to stop. Jasprit Bumrah was on fire as he effortlessly pulled one of the finest Test bowlers for s six. He even fell on the pitch after losing balance but he made sure the ball sailed over the ropes as India went past the 400-run mark in the first innings of the 5th Test.

In his tweet taggging both Yuvraj Singh and Jasprit Bumrah, Sachin Tednulkar wote: “Kya yeh Yuvi hai ya Bumrah!? 2007 ki yaad dilaa di”.

Former South Africa cricketer Robin Peterson also sent out a hilarious message after one of his records was broken as Broad broke Peterson’s record for the most expensive over in Test cricket. Back in December 2003, the legendary Brian Lara had accomplished the record during a Test match against South Africa at the Wanderers in Johannesburg.
