However, Sachin Tendulkar’s fiery inning vs England Legends on Thursday left the fans in surprise as well.

The captain for England Legends, Ian Bell opted to bowl first after winning the toss and invited the India Legends to bat as well. Team India Legends got off to a flying start and the credit went to Sachin Tendulkar’s fiery inning where he took on the England Legends bowlers. Tendulkar played a captain’s knock for his team and set the tone of the game as well. His fiery innings of 40 runs came off just 20 deliveries and fans absolutely loved this. And, due to Sachin Tendulkar, team India scored runs at the run rate of over 10 as well.

However, after his stunning knock, fans started saying that the legend should be picked for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Notably, Sachin Tendulkar is captaining India Legends and his team has won both matches so far as well. It is to noteworthy that two of their games were washed out due to rain. The India Legends are on top of the points table now with 12 points and will play their next fixture against Bangladesh Legends on 25th September as well.
