Sam Curran Took A Dig At Shardul Thakur On His Recent Instagram Post

Sam Curran and Shardul Thakur are two of the best fast bowling all-rounders in international cricket. Both have impressed a lot in their brief international careers so far, and they have shown that they have the potential to make it big in the global arena. During the last two seasons of the Indian Premier League (IPL), they also played together for Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

While Sam Curran is a left-arm fast bowler and a southpaw batsman, Thakur is a right-arm fast-medium bowler and a right-handed batsman. Both all-rounders have the wicket-taking abilities and the capability to score some quick runs towards the end of the innings. Both of them have done well in all three formats of the game.

Incidentally, both Shardul Thakur and Sam Curran play for the CSK and hence, they have become good friends. At the moment, Thakur is in the United Kingdom with the rest of the Indian team ahead of the 5-match Test series against England.

 

According to recent reports, the Indian cricket team is on a break right now as there is a lot of time left for the 5-Test series against the England cricket team. Hence, Shardul preferred to make the most out of his vacation in London and posted a picture from his vacation on his Instagram account.

As mentioned ahead, Sam Curran and Shardul Thakur have played together for CSK in the last two seasons of the IPL and soon, both pace-bowling all-rounders will cross swords in the 5-match Test series between the Indian team and the England cricket team in the United Kingdom.

Thakur posted a photo from London and captioned it as: “All you need is love and a vacation in London.” His Chennai Super Kings teammate Sam praised his look as he commented – “Mr. Thakur.” He also added an emoji at the end.
