Batting at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram, the 30-year-old smashed a breathtaking 121 runs off just 51 balls in a high-voltage chase against Aries Kollam Sailors. His innings featured 14 fours and 7 sixes, underlining his trademark aggressive flair.
Chasing a stiff 237-run target, Samson opened the innings and stormed to his century in only 42 balls, bringing the crowd to its feet. He reached the milestone with a single off Ajayaghosh N S in the 14th over. After completing his hundred, Samson soaked in the applause and shared a warm hug with his elder brother Saly Samson, who also happens to be the captain of Kochi Blue Tigers.
