Former Pakistan all-rounder, Shahid Afridi faced a lot of criticism for supporting Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s take on the Pulwama attack took place last week. Now it seems he has reacted on Imran Khan’s statement again and given his personal views on the Pulwama attack.
Sharing Afridi’s thoughts, a Pakistan journalist tweeted, “Without any proof, they are putting all the blame onto Pakistan straight away. PM Imran Khan has once again spoken on this matter in a positive & clear way to explain that Pakistan wants to have good relations with not only India but also Afghanistan, Iran & China.”

Earlier Pakistan PM said, “You (India) have blamed the Pakistan government without any evidence…If you have any evidence, we will act. I want to tell the Indian government that we will take action if evidence is found against anyone from Pakistan. What has Pakistan to gain from this? Why will Pakistan do this at a stage when it is moving towards stability. If you think you will attack us and we will not think of retaliating…We will retaliate. We all know starting a war is in the hands of humans, where it will lead us only God knows. This issue should be solved through dialogue.”

Now, it seems that Afridi has taken a step further to mock Indians. In the wake of the PSL broadcast being blacked out in India, he has reacted on this issue and said educated people do not behave in such a manner.
As quoted by the same journalist, Afridi said, “You find out who your friends are at difficult times. What are they trying to show the world that they are educated? Educated people don’t behave in such a manner.”

Earlier, on February 14, more than 40 CRPF soldiers lost their lives after a Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist rammed an explosive-laden SUV into one of the buses of the military convoy at the Jammu-Srinagar highway. The cowardly terror attack has enraged not only the nation but other countries as well, who condemned the outrageous act.
