T20 World Cup 2022 has started in Australia and the Indian team started their campaign on 23 October with a match against Pakistan. This match between India and Pakistan was played at Melbourne Cricket Ground and the men in blue won the game on the last ball. Ahead of the India-Pakistan match, former Australia all-rounder Shane Watson gave a big statement as he said that India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya is running in excellent form.
Watson also said that Hardik can play an important role in helping the Indian team win the second World Cup. Significantly, the first T20 World Cup was played in the year 2007. Team India won the T20 World Cup in 2007 under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Now the 8th edition of the T20 World Cup is being played in Australia.
