Shikhar Dhawan Finds Waking Up His Son Zoravar Very Difficult

The veteran Indian opener, Shikhar Dhawan never misses an opportunity to share fun moments on social media platforms related to his life. Shikhar Dhawan along with his son Zoraver has often seen doing fun stuff togther at home. In his latest post on Instagram, Shikhar shared a picture with Zoraver where he can be seen trying to get his son out of the bed.

Captioning the funny picture, Dhawan wrote, “Getting Zoraver out of bed every morning is the toughest task. But then there are moments like this one”.

Last week, Shikhar had also shared a funny picture of himself with Zoraver where the father-son duo could be seen wearing fake nose rings. The veteran Indian batsman’s wife was also visible in the background of the picture.

The Indian opener can now be expecting to get back in the field for the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) as he plans for Delhi Capitals (DC). The 13th edition of the IPL can be expected to take place between September 19 to November 8 in the UAE.

In his IPL career so far, DC opener has played as many as 159 games after making a debut in 2008. The veteran southpaw has managed to amass as many as 4,579 runs in the cash-rich league with an average of 33.42 and a strike rate of 124.80. However, he is yet to score a century in the IPL.

The Indian opener played his last competitive match during a three-match ODI series against Australia. During the series, he suffered an injury that kept him out of India’s tour to New Zealand in February-March.

The left-handed batsman will be hoping to make the most in the upcoming edition of the IPL.
