Former Pakistan fast bowler, Shoaib Akhtar has predicted India and Pakistan will be reaching the final of the T20 World Cup scheduled to be taking place later this year. He also went on to predict that the men in gree will come out victorious against their arch-rivals. Currently, Pakistan has a 0-11 record against India in ICC World Cups (ODI & T20I) but Akhtar reckons that the record will change in the United Arab Emirates in November.
Moreover, India is yet to lose to Pakistan in 5 games at the T20 World Cup. India and Pakistan have been played in Group 2 along with New Zealand, Afghanistan, and the other two qualifiers from Round 1.

During a recent chat on Sports Tak on Youtube, Shoaib Kahatr was heard saying, “I have a feeling Pakistan and India will play in the T20 World Cup final and India will lose to Pakistan. Conditions in UAE will favor both India and Pakistan.”
The tournament is scheduled to be commencing from October 17 and the final of the much-awaited tournament will be taking place on November 14 in the UAE after being shifted from India due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Eight teams will contest the first round including automatic qualifiers Sri Lanka and Bangladesh with the remaining six who have already qualified for the next round in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2019. Ireland, Netherlands, and Namibia join Sri Lanka in Group A, whilst Oman, PNG, and Scotland will face Bangladesh in Group B.
Ahead of the T20 World Cup, BCCI will also be hosting the remaining 31 matches of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, which will be commencing on September 19.
