Delhi Capitals (DC) captain, Shreyas Iyer along with his teammates Shikhar Dhawan and Marcus Stoinis was seen pulling off hilarious dance steps ahead of the all-important title clash against Mumbai Indians in Palace Downtown. DC survived the late scare by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and kept their calm to win Qualifier 2 by 17 runs and enter their first-ever IPL final.
The fans, former players, and pundits are thrilled about the aspect of Capitals making it to their maiden final, 12 years after the tournament first started in 2008.

Delhi Capitals took to their official Instagram handle where they posted a video in which all three DC stars were seen performing a hilarious dance to relieve the pressure of the final. Captioning the video, DC wrote: When you realize you’ll be playing Delhi’s maiden @iplt20 final tomorrow. #YehHaiNayiDilli #Dream11IPL #MIvDC @palacedowntown”.
After going through 12 seasons of heartbreak and failures, DC will be locking horns with the defending champions in the IPL 2020 final on November 10, Tuesday in Dubai. Iyer thanked his players and the franchise owners after the win and also explained the logic behind some of their tactical decisions in the match which paid them rich dividends.
Iyer had said, “Amazing. This is the best feeling ever. This has been a rollercoaster. A lot of ups and downs. We have stuck together like a family. A lot of responsibility comes as a captain, and on top of that you have to maintain consistency as a batsman. But I feel I have been getting a lot of support from my coaches and the owners. Really fortunate to have such an amazing team. The emotions keep going high and low.”

Marcus Stoinis and Shikhar Dhawan starred for DC with the Aussie all-rounder scoring a quickfire 38 off 27 along with 3 crucial wickets while the Indian opener smashed 78 off 50 balls.
Talking about the same, “You can’t have same set of routines. You have to keep chopping and changing. In the next game too, we have to play freely and maintain our temperament. We were happy with the total. We were going at 10 an over, but Rashid can be lethal so we decided to play him out. We were lacking in our opening partnership, and we needed that rocket start. We thought if Stoinis plays the maximum deliveries, he could give us a puiyer sh.”
