In the process, a collision occurred between Gill and Siraj, with both players tumbling to the ground. Despite the stumble, Gill managed to scamper back to safety, narrowly avoiding a potential dismissal.
Virat Kohli’s swift fielding prevented further damage for RCB. Although Kohli’s attempted direct hit missed, it highlighted the peril Gill narrowly avoided. This stroke of luck spared Gill, allowing him to continue his innings.
