The young Indian batter, Shubman Gill was recently spotted hanging out with Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan at a restaurant in Mumbai. Not many details are known about the connection between the two celebrities, but a TikTok video has gone viral on social media, where Gill and Khan can be seen having food together.
Shubman Gill is one of the rising stars in Indian cricket. The right-handed batter garnered a lot of limelight after helping India U-19s win the ICC U-19 World Cup in 2018. Earlier this year, he smashed the winning six at the Narendra Modi Stadium and helped the Gujarat Titans win the IPL 2022 championship.

Gill has also been enjoying a dream run in the ODIs this year as he won back-to-back Man of the Series awards while playing against the West Indies team and Zimbabwe. Previously, Gill’s name was linked with Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara, but now he has been spotted with Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara.

While Shubman Gill has done pretty well for the Gujarat Titans and the Indian ODI team, he is yet to receive proper chances in the shortest format of the game. Former New Zealand cricket team all-rounder Scott Styris shared his views on Gill’s position in T20I cricket and said on Sports 18 TV Show ‘Over the Top’.

Shubman Gill explained, “Not in the short term, I don’t think he will be there yet. I think he will be [in the team], let’s say 12 months from now. He is making his way nicely from the Test match side through to the T20s. He is still learning. He is a young man, he is growing his game, all of those things I think apply.”
