The second ODI between Sri Lanka and India is scheduled to be taking place at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Tuesday. The visitors completely annihilated the hosts in the first ODI as young guns Prithvi Shaw and Ishan Kishan game out all guns blazing on Sunday. Under the captaincy of Shikhar Dhawan, Team India registered a comprehensive seven-wicket win to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. The Indian team chased down the target of 263 with more than 13 overs to spare.

However, India will still look to make improvements, especially on the bowling front, with their pacers Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar failing to take wickets in the first powerplay. Although spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal getting their form back as a bright spot, India will definitely be eyeing a better performance with the ball.

While the Indian team will be looking to seal the series, Sri Lanka, themselves, will be hoping for improved performance. None of their batsmen were able to convert their starts into big ones, which resulted in them losing the game. They will need their big guns in Avishka Fernando and Dasun Shanaka to fire with the bat if they are to come close to leveling the series. All in all, a cracking game of can be expected in the second ODI as both teams eye a crucial win at the expense of one another on Tuesday.

Wicket-Keepers

Ishan Kishan seems to be a better pick as he has been known for making a strong comeback and he will be much more effective on pitches in Colombo. However, for the hosts, Minod Bhanuka will be keeping the wickets, but to maintain the balance of the Fantasy XI, Ishan seems to be the better pick.

Batsmen

Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw, Dasun Shanaka, and Avishka Fernando have always been the prime contenders for fantasy cricket. Apart from them, there are some useful batsmen in the line-ups as well, like Charith Aslanka, and Manish Pandey.

There are some really reliable all-rounders in both teams but citing the pitch in Colombo, Hardik Pandya, Wanindu Hasaranga, and  Dhananjaya de Silva seems to be the perfect fit. Apart from them, the good all-rounders for fantasy cricket are Bhanuka Rajapaksa and Krunal Pandya.

Bowlers

Both the teams don’t have decent bowling line-ups but they don’t have practiced a lot. Bowlers like  Isuru Udana, Dushmantha Chameera. Yuzvendra Chahal and Bhuvneshwar Kumar become the obvious choices for the Fantasy XI on the dusty track at the Wankhede Stadium.
