With no cricket going on, all the cricketers have a lot of free time on their hands right now. They are making the most of it by spending time with family. Many cricketers have also been proactive on their social media in the past few weeks due to the lockdown.  Several cricketers have been actively using Instagram live or Twitter Q&A to spend some time with the fans. Former Indian pacer Sreesanth also joined in and was a part of an Instagram live session. The speedster gave answers to the curious questions of the fans.  During the same, he mentioned his current batsman and bowler across all the formats in international cricket.

Known for being an outspoken figure, Sreesanth was brutally honest while answering all the questions posed by the fans. Answering a fan’s question, The 37-year old-fast bowler named his current favorite international batsman and bowler. The Kerala born bowler did not take much time and named the current Indian skipper Virat Kohli as his favorite batsmen. Speaking on bowlers the ICC World T-20 Cup winner named Jasprit Bumrah as his favorite bowler.

Sreesanth was also asked to voice his opinion on Shoaib Akhtar’s proposed idea of organizing a fundraising ODI series between India and Pakistan. He shared his thoughts by commenting that health and country should be our priority right now. The player also mentions how he wouldn’t prefer any sort of matches between India and Pakistan because of the political tensions.

“We are not in good terms with Pakistan so, India first and health first. Personally, I am not in favor of playing any match against Pakistan unless the relations between the two countries improve,” Sreesanth said.
