Kolkata Knight Riders (KR) registered a rather dominating win over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, with Shardul Thakur and Rinku Singh doing most of the run scoring. The depth of the victory was such that co-owner Shah Rukh Khan also joined the players in the celebrations in the dressing room. However, when Shah Rukh asked his team to follow Rinku Singh to the ground from the dressing room, the KKR batter gave a hilarious response that left everyone in splits.

After the conclusion of the match, Shah Rukh Khan asked his team to follow Rinku Singh while heading out of the dressing room for the post-match presentation. Understanding that he would need to speak to the media in English, Rinku backed out saying “Sab English wale hain (everyone would speak English)”.

Here is the video of the footage from the KKR dressing room:

As for the match, Shardul Thakur smashed a counter-attacking fifty before the spinners played their part to perfection as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) made a memorable homecoming with an 81-run win over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL 2023.

Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis gave a decent start as they added 44 runs for the opening wicket before Narine bowled the former Indian captain. Chakaravarthy dealt du Plessis the same fate three balls later and returned in the eighth over to skittle out Glenn Maxwell (5) and Harshal Patel (0).
