Building anticipation, Cricket.com.au shared a video on Twitter where Smith was blindfolded and challenged to identify his bats solely by their distinct characteristics.

After a lackluster performance in the first Ashes Test, Steven Smith made an emphatic comeback in the second Test. The 34-year-old displayed his brilliance by scoring a magnificent century, marking his 32nd century in Test cricket.

In the first innings of the second Test, Smith unleashed his prowess, smashing 110 runs off 184 balls, including 15 boundaries, at a strike rate of 59.78. Despite a relatively modest contribution of 34 runs in the second innings, his impact was undeniable, earning him the Player of the Match title.
