In a hilarious incident during the ongoing pick-ball Test between Australia and England in Hobart, the English fast bowler, Stuart Broad didn’t miss the chance to appeal for LBW on his way down after falling off on the first delivery of the final Ashes Test. Broad bowled a delivery outside off which nipped back in and hit the Australia opener, David Warner on the thigh pad as he decided to leave the delivery.

After being put in to bat first, the home team found themselves in all sorts of strife. Ollie Robinson removed the Australian opener, David Warner, who failed to open his account in 22 balls, to start the carnage. Thereafter, Robinson also dismissed Steve Smith, who was also dismissed on a duck.

Stuart Broad inflicted more mayhem for the hosts after he removed Warner’s new opening partner, Usman Khawaja, who scored back-to-backs tons in the SCG Test. For England, Mark Wood leaked runs a bit as he went for 31 in three overs at a rate of 10.33.

The Aussies are currently taking part in the fifth Test in a Day-Night affair at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart. After those early dismissals, Marnus Labuschagne had a huge responsibility on his shoulders since the hosts were reduced to 12 for three in 9.5 overs. However, he witnessed a comical dismissal.
