The outbreak of the Corona Virus has brought the world to a standstill. It has also halted all the sporting events as a safety measure for the people and avoid the mass gathering of crowds. The cricketing calendar has suffered because of the same. All cricketers are staying indoors and spending time with their families. With no, there hasn’t been any international cricket, Former Indian cricketer Subramaniam Badrinath is helping players train hard to on their mental toughness and other aspects of the game while we wait for things to return to normalcy.
The former CSK star has hailed India wicket-keeper MS Dhoni’s mental toughness. Badrinath said how Dhoni o believes in his abilities and plays like 50,000 people are not watching him.

In an interview with The Indian Express, Badrinath said, “He is not bothered about anything else. He completely believes that whatever he is doing is right. That is the approach everybody needs to have. I would like to say that just do what Dhoni is doing as a cricketer. ”
Badrinath added, ” Dhoni is totally detached from everything automatically. When he is going out there, going about the business, it feels as though the 50,000 people watching him are not there. He is alone, he knows clearly in his mind what he needs to do, and he goes about it.”

Badrinath also hailed Ravichandran Ashwin as a mentally strong player in Tamil Nadu. He also feels Ashwin is the most talented in Tamil Nadu. Badrinath said, “In Tamil Nadu, I think it’s R Ashwin. He is phenomenal the way he is. The way he thinks about the game. He is talented, he is blessed with a lot of talent, but he is the one who knows his cricket inside out.”
