The veteran Indian cricketer, Suresh Raina, who plays for the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise,Chennai Super Kings(CSK) Suresh Raina is eagerly waiting for the 13th edition of the T20 league. IPL players and franchises had started preparing for the upcoming season of the cash-rich league which is scheduled to commence on September 19 in the United Arab Emirates(UAE).

On Tuesday, Raina posted a picture on Twitter, in which he can be seen inking the name of his wife and kids on his arms. The name of his wife Priyanka on the upper left arm while the lower left arm, the name of his daughter Gracia and the lower right arm has the name of his son Rio. Captioning the post on Twitter, Raina wrote: ”They give me a reason to live.”

Meanwhile, the uncertainty around the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 has hurt almost every stakeholder of the league but not the CSK. On the contrary, under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, CSK is making hay in the grey market for unlisted shares.

CSK shares currently are being traded almost at 4 times the values it was in Jan 2019. Especially since the announcement that IPL 2020 will be taking place in the UAE and the government clearances, the shares are now trading in a price band of ₹54-58.

The Chennai-based franchises will be losing their part in the gate revenues and the title sponsorship share as VIVO has pulled out as IPL sponsor. But overall their bottom line will only get affected by not more than 5-10%.

However, the recent reports have also suggested that the CSK players will also be training in Chennai before leaving for UAE as requested by MS Dhoni.
