The Indian stalwarts, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav have emerged as India’s saviors in recent times, given their knocks and partnerships in the recent few games. The two have been a force to reckon with, and ever since Kohli gained his mojo back, India’s batting order has seen a drastic change. In the recent match against the Netherlands, the duo made an unbeaten partnership of 95 runs for the third wicket, helping India in a winning cause.
While Kohli managed to complete his half-century early before the innings ended, Suryakumar Yadav scored a six off the final delivery of India’s first innings and surpassed the 50-run mark. As Kohli and Yadav started walking off the field, they celebrated India’s finish in a unique animated fashion that caught everyone’s attention.

Suryakumar Yadav has been witnessing a purple patch of late and has been one of the most consistent batters in India’s setup. He’s the leading run-scorer in T20Is this year, but could not work his magic against Pakistan as he was dismissed for a low score. Kohli, on the other hand, bagged his second consecutive fifty of the tournament and has so far amassed 144 runs from two games.
