Pakistan head coach, Misbah-Ul-Haq has been in the spotlight for quite some time now as former cricketers have accused him of conservativeness. He replaced Mickey Arthur after the 2019 World Cup. At the start, the 46-year old was the chief selector too but resigned from the post after a few months. Under Misbah, Pakistan has performed decently, notably beating South Africa home and away. However, he earns a paycheque of ₹1.79 crores from the PCB.
#4 Mickey Arthur, Sri Lanka – ₹3.44 crores
South African-born, Mickey Arthur is one of the most experienced coaches as he has served South Africa, Australia, and Pakistan in the past. He joined the Sri Lankan set-up as a mentor and later became their head coach. As for his tenure with Sri Lanka, Arthur has undergone a tough time with them as the Lankan team has been finding much-required stability. Yet, Mickey earns a significant annual pay of $0.46 m from the board.

Chris Silverwood became the successor to Trevor Bayliss after the 2019 Ashes series at home. Chris Silverwood has done a respectable job thus far, maintaining their white-ball dominance and achieving mixed results in the longest format of the game. Under the former England paceman, England thoroughly dominated South Africa; however, they loss the ODI series to India and Australia. Nevertheless, he enjoys $ 0.60 m per annum from the England and Wales Cricket Board.
