The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup is just more than four months away to begin as it will be organised by England & Wales from 30 May to 14 July 2019. A total of ten teams are set to participate in this competition and the fans’ excitements are growing up with the time progressing.

There are some famous players who are very close to taking their retirements from the international cricket and the 2019 ICC CWC is very much likely to be their final WC assignment at least. Here are those top five players who will appear in the upcoming WC as their final WC appearances.

Ross Taylor (New Zealand)

The 34-year-old right-handed batsman Ross Taylor is one of the greatest players in New Zealand cricket history as he is the most run-scorer in international cricket as a New Zealand batsman. Taylor has already played three ICC Cricket World Cups (2007, 2011 and 2015), while the 2015 ICC Cricket World was widely successful for his team as they were runners-up after reaching the final for the first time in tournament history.

Though Taylor is in good form at present and he can carry his international career even after the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, his presence as a player in 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup is unlikely happening.
