The fiery Pakistani pacer, Hasan Ali has been climbing the stars of success with each passing match since he made his international debut back in 2016. He doesn’t have a whole lot of experience in either of the three formats, yet he is currently one of the most reliable bowlers in the Pakistani bowling lineup. To spice up his stupendous prowess with the cherry, he also has a unique celebration antic after picking a wicket, popularly known as ‘bomb-explosion’.
Ali crunches down with crossed arms and then flings his arms as he moves upwards. Pakistan is currently playing a five-match ODI series against Zimbabwe and the visitors are leading the series after a thumping win by a margin of 201 runs in the series opener. Hasan finished the match with a spell of 4-2-6-1, which also included the wicket of right-handed opening batsman Chamu Chibhabha.
Hasan chipped in with numbers of 8.2-1-32-3 in the second match and helped his team restrict the home team to 194 in 49.2 overs. He picked up Tarisai Musakanda to notch his maiden wicket. However, during his second wicket of Ryan Murray, a rather weird incident took place. A vicious in-dipper by Hasan cannoned into the stumps.

Murray was in no position to play the extra-cover drive and the white cherry found its way towards the stumps between his bat and pad. Zimbabwe lost their fifth wicket with 13 overs still remaining. However, while performing his bomb-celebration, Ali seemed to have pulled a muscle of the shoulder. After the celebration, he sensed a tweak on his shoulder and sat on the turf, crying in pain.
The teammates rushed to their premier pacer to inquire about his well-being. Pakistan has a hectic schedule ahead of them and also the World Cup next year in England and Wales, and Hasan’s role is expected to be pivotal.
