During the ongoing second T20I between South Africa and India at Centurion, Jaydev Unadkat drew first blood in the second innings. On the penultimate delivery of the fourth over, Unadkat ended Jon-Jon Smuts’ misery as he brought an end to his struggling innings.

A slower delivery did the better of Smuts as he ended up ballooning the ball to Suresh Raina at covers. He scored 2 (9).

His wicket saw his team reduced to 1-24 in 3.5 overs. Chasing a target of 189 runs to win the match and save the series, this was not the kind of start that the Proteas were expecting.
