Vaibhav Sooryavanshi once again stole the spotlight during Rajasthan Royals’ IPL 2026 Eliminator clash against Sunrisers Hyderabad, but this time it was not just his fearless batting that captured attention. Before producing another jaw-dropping innings, the 15-year-old sensation won hearts across social media with a touching gesture that reflected his humility and grounded personality.

Ahead of the high-pressure knockout encounter in Mullanpur, Sooryavanshi walked towards the broadcast area during the warm-up session and respectfully touched the feet of batting legend Sunil Gavaskar and former India batting coach Sanjay Bangar, who were part of the pre-match panel. The moment also created a light-hearted scene when presenter Jatin Sapru jokingly stepped away, fearing he too was about to receive the same traditional gesture from the teenage prodigy.
