Ahead of the high-profile series, he is training with his IPL franchise, the Rajasthan Royals. In a recent video shared by RR on X, the teenage sensation was seen unleashing a ferocious shot in the nets that nearly knocked over the camera crew. As the video went viral, fans loved his cheeky “Sorry sorry” apology—another glimpse into his raw, charming personality.

Bought for ₹1.10 crore in the IPL 2025 mega auction, Suryavanshi made his debut against Lucknow Super Giants on April 19, announcing himself with a first-ball six off Shardul Thakur. But it was in his third match, against Gujarat Titans, where he truly exploded, scoring a 35-ball century to lead RR to a dominant 8-wicket win.

That knock not only made him the youngest T20 centurion but also shattered Yusuf Pathan’s record for the fastest IPL hundred by an Indian. Across seven matches in his debut season, Suryavanshi hammered 252 runs at an astonishing strike rate of 206.55, firmly placing himself as a future star of Indian cricket. With Australia next on his radar, the cricketing world will be watching this teenage sensation closely.
