The Indian cricket team registered a one-sided victory over England in the first T20I at the Old Trafford in Manchester. More importantly, they took a 1-0 lead in the series, which has two matches remaining in Cardiff and Bristol respectively. Virat Kohli had a forgettable tour the last time in 2014 and he started on an effective note as he led his team to their fourth T20I victory on the trot.
Apart from the win, Kohli has now got another reason to rejoice has more reasons to rejoice as Anushka Sharma has flown to England to accompany her loving husband. Ahead of Virat’s departure of the United Kingdom (UK), the Bollywood Diva was seen seeing off his better-half with a hug. Recently, she was spotted coming out of the Indian team bus in Cardiff along with the national team’s skipper.

Inside the bus, the power couple was also spotted sitting together. She is also expected to be present at the Sophia Gardens, cheering for Virat and his Men in Blue. Anushka has supported for her husband when he played for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL and it won’t spring a surprise if she graces her presence at Cardiff’s venue as well.
Virat would be also be looking forward to leading his team to another convincing victory in the upcoming matches as well. Kuldeep Yadav and KL Rahul made the foundation for the victory of the visitors and were the primary reasons why Kohli and his troops were able to put a lid on their opponents.
Kuldeep became the first Chinaman to register a five-wicket-haul in T20Is and was simply unplayable on the day. Rahul, on the other end, was stupendous, to say the least. He became the second Indian batsman to rack as many as two T20I centuries in the shortest format of the illustrious sport.
