Ahead of the crucial Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) clash, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star, Virat Kohli was seen bowling to star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell and skipper Faf du Plessis during their practice sessions. Leading into the crucial game, players of the Bengaluru-based franchise left no stone unturned in the nets. In the midst of the sessions, flamboyant batter Kohli turned into a bowler wearing pads and he bowled to skipper Faf and explosive hitter Maxwell.

The franchise took to their social media handle to share the exciting clip of the trio training hard in the sessions. Captioning the video, RCB wrote: “K.G.F Chapter 3. A Game Day special featuring Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell and Faf du Plessis, and they are ready to rock in Hyderabad! #PlayBold #ನಮ್ಮRCB #IPL2023 #SRHvRCB”.

Notably, the three batters are relishing a fine campaign as they are the leading run-scorers for the team in the ongoing IPL 2023. Skipper Faf currently holds the IPL Orange Cap with 631 runs in 12 matches, lacing it with seven half-centuries.

On the other hand, Maxwell has displayed his lethal best on numerous occasions which has helped him amass 384 runs in 12 matches with five fifties. Despite being criticized for his peculiar batting approach, Kohli has amassed 438 runs in 12 games, featuring six fifties at an average of 39.82.

Meanwhile, Faf du Plessis and his men are placed fifth on the IPL Points Table, courtesy of six victories and as many losses at a Net Run Rate of 0.166. With just a couple of matches to go in their group phase campaign, RCB will be gunning to obtain comprehensive wins so as to cement their berth in the playoffs.
