Indian skipper Virat Kohli is not only a great cricketer but also a great human being. Time and again, he tries his best to give it back to the society and that makes him a philanthropist.
On Tuesday, Former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi shared gave a vote of thanks to the Indian skipper Virat Kohli for granting his bat for the Shahid Afridi Foundation.
Afridi took to Twitter and shared his gratitude, along with the picture of the bat he tweeted, “Thank you @imVkohli for your kind gesture in support of @SAFoundationN. Friends & supporters like you ensure #HopeNotOut for everyone.”

Virat wasted no time in replying to Afridi’s tweet, he tweeted, “You’re most welcome Shahid Bhai.. Wishing you and the @SAFoundationN all the luck for the upcoming events. ☺️”.

Earlier this year, Virat also presented his shirt to Afridi, signed by all the Indian cricketers, when the latter hanged his boots from the international cricket last April. The shirt was bought for INR 3 lakhs at an auction in London, had a message from the Team India skipper, saying, “To Shahid Bhai, best wishes, always a pleasure playing against you.”
