After playing an intra-squad match, the Indian cricketers were seen sweating it out in the nets, three days ahead of the World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand from June 18. BCCI shared a video on Tuesday in which the skipper, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, and Ajinkya Rahane gearing up for the historic clash. The 32-year-old India captain middled the balls beautifully and played an exquisite cover drive before feeling down while ducking away on a bouncer.
Moments later, Kohli played a good-looking pull shot on a short of length delivery. Rishabh Pant played his attacking shots in the nets as well and smashed a gigantic six off Ravindra Jadeja. Ishant Sharma explained the trajectory of the ball after one his delivery came in after pitching on the middle stump. The video also shows the deputy skipper, Ajinkya Rahane facing the likes of Ishant and Mohammed Shami.
