Rajasthan Royals (RR) are locking horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 13th game of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. Former RCB skipper, Virat Kohli may not be having the best times with the bat, but he showed that he is the ultimate team man on Tuesday during the game. Maxwell, who was not playing the match, was seen getting a massage from the ex-captain. The cameras caught the moment and it immediately surfaced on social media.

Earlier in the game, RCB captain Faf du Plessis won the toss and opted to bowl first. Talking about the game, RR approached the game with caution and a tinge of aggression. Despite losing Yashasvi Jaiswal for just 4 runs, Jos Buttler and Devdutt Padikkal made a brilliant partnership of 70 runs for the second wicket.

In the second innings, Yuzvendra Chahal and Sanju Samson jointly ran Virat Kohli out. On the other hand, Yuzvendra Chahal gave a crucial breakthrough by removing captain Faf for 29 runs. Glenn Maxwell has joined the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) camp and has already started training with his teammates. However, he won’t be taking part in RCB’s next game against Rajasthan Royals on Tuesday (April 5) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai amid Cricket Australia’s clause. As per the board’s guidelines, no contracted Aussie player can participate in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 before April 6.

In a video shared by RCB, Mike Hesson explained, “It’s pretty clear that from Cricket Australia’s point of view, no contracted players are available before the 6th of April. So, regardless of the fact that he (Glenn Maxwell) has arrived here, he can’t play till 6th. We are well aware of that. He will be available for the game on 9th”.
