Now it has been a habit for the Indian cricket fans to witness the prowess of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers together in each passing season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The duo has been mesmerizing their fans with their unbelievable batting when they join hands on the cricket field. A similar thing happened during the game between Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) when they stitched a partnership of more than 100 runs to dominate the chase of 181 runs. However, both were so special on the day that even the CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai praised he duo terming himself as lucky to watch them batting.
RCB’s fortunes were in doldrums after their openers were back in the hut early in the innings which brought Kohli and De Villiers to the crease. Both took their time first to got their eyes in before starting to go berserk over the bowlers. While the former smashed 70 runs off just 40 balls, the South African star made sure there were no more hiccups in the chase and remained unbeaten until the end on 72 eventually winning the Man of the Match award as well.

After the victory, Kohli was delighted that his team had managed to stay alive in the tournament and showered his praises on his teammate De Villiers. Surprisingly, the CEO of Google Sundar Pichai responded to his tweet while also saying that he was lucky to watch the game live on television. He tweeted, “Was lucky to watch it live, you and @ABdeVilliers17 made it look so easy! and with classic cricketing shots too, really enjoying #IPL2018 this year.”

Though Kohli delayed his response to the special person who lauded him and his teammate, he made sure that he thanked him for watching the IPL by taking the time out from his busy schedule. His reply read, “Thank you @sundarpichai! Glad we could entertain you”.
