On Thursday, India captain Virat Kohli got to meet met women’s team members Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur after the fourth ODI against Australia. Both Harmanpreet and Smriti were a part of the women’s cricket team that played for India in the final of the World Cup earlier this year in England.

During the world cup, both the women cricketers gathered a lot of praise. India had surprised one and all and went on to play the final. However, Mithali Raj and co. couldn’t win the final as they lost to England by 9 runs. On the other hand, Virat Kohli’s men lost the Bangalore ODI against Australia but sealed the series earlier in Indore after winning the third match in Indore.
