India captain Virat Kohli showed his softer side in a delightful conversation with the official broadcaster of the WTC final. During a chat with Star Sports’ Jatin Sapru, Kohli expressed his deep affection for his mother and emphasized the importance of taking care of her. The 34-year-old Delhi batter also revealed his unwavering confidence in his abilities from a young age, knowing that he would go on to represent India at the highest level.
“Taking care of my mother has always been very important to me. Even today, the small things that bring happiness to her also bring happiness to me,” Virat Kohli shared. “I always knew that I would play cricket for India at the top level,” he added.
